What is a STD or STI test?
There are different tests for different sexually transmitted diseases. A STD test will return either a positive or negative result, depending on the presence of the particular disease. Some tests require a blood sample to be collected. Others require a urine sample, or a swab. The samples are gathered and sent to a lab, where they are processed.
The resulting report from the testing lab will look like our fake reports!
Why do people take STD tests?
Sexually transmitted diseases are common. Roughly half of all sexually active adults will get one at some point. STDs often show no symptoms, and many people with infections don't know it. Putting off treatment of many infections can cause lasting health effects. The only way to know if you or a partner have an STD is to get tested. If you're at all curious about a real problem you're having, please go get tested!
How much does a real STD test cost?
Costs can vary, and depend on which tests you get and where you are being tested. Many health clinics offer sliding scale or low-cost testing. Some even will test you for free.
Why get a fake STD test?
For fun! Fake STD tests make for great pranks. You can fool a friend or acquaitance with these tests. For instance, is there someone who won't stop asking you out? Watch them run for the hills once you show them your syphilis results!
Are these fake STD test results realistic?
These tests look similar to the real deal from a distance. They appear to be authentic at first glance, and are great for playing jokes! We do include a disclaimer on our tests. These tests absolutely will not stand up to inspection by a careful eye, or a medical professional. These tests are NOT meant to seriously trick anyone. These tests are not meant to seriously decieve someone about an important issue. A joke isn't funny if it is too realistic!
Is this like a STD test from a doctor?
These gag STD results look realistic at first glance or at a distance, but they are NOT REAL tests from a doctor. These tests are in no way scientifically accurate - they are completely fake and for amusement only! This website is not intended to take the place of a real medical diagnostic or any other tests or treatments that have been or may be recommended by a healthcare provider. If you are experiencing discomfort or symptoms, please seek out medical care.

What sort of fake tests can we create?
Hepatitis B
An infection caused by a virus that attacks the liver and leads to inflammation.
Hepatitis C
Also an infection caused by a virus that attacks the liver and leads to inflammation.
Syphilis
A bacterial infection usually spread by sexual contact.
Chlamydia
A common sexually transmitted bacteria that may or may not cause symptoms.
Gonorrhea
A sexually transmitted bacterial infection.
Trichomoniasis
Among the most common STIs. Men typically have no symptoms.
Bacterial Vaginosis
A painful condition that happens when there is in imbalance of certain bacteria in the vagina.
Candidiasis
Candidiasis is a fungal infection due to any type of Candida, a yeast bacteria.
What about Fake HIV or Herpes 1 or 2 Tests?
We do not offer resources to create fake HIV tests. We also do not offer the ability to generate a fake Herpes 1 or 2 test. We believe that even some jokes can go too far, and as HIV is incurable and carries a significant social stigma, it would not be responsible to joke about it. Herpes 1 or 2 is also incurable, and although around 50% of people carry one strain or another, we think it's much easier to joke about diseases that can be cured with a simple course of antibiotics. No harm no foul!
